SNS Herning
SNS Herning was founded in 1919 by Søren Nielsen Skyt, who already at an early age sold home-made woolen goods. As SNS Herning grew bigger and bigger and the selection also got bigger and bigger in the woolen goods, the most important "invention" appeared - namely the Sailor's shirt, which originally had its origins in England. With its unique knitted "knobs" which give the sweater its warmth properties and subsequently expanded color range, it has completely become a timeless classic. To this day, all of SNS Herning's sweaters are still knitted according to the original pattern and the sailor's sweater is still kept in mind as to how many buttons and the location of the buttons and how far apart they must be.
