Relevant info about Christmas in the Packyard

Christmas is upon us. We know Christmas is a busy time for many of us. That is why we at Packyard would like to provide an even better service for our customers. On this page you will find all relevant information in relation to Christmas 2023

LAST ORDER DAY FOR ONLINE ORDERS

You can buy Christmas presents up to and including Monday the 19th of december. Pm. 12.00. Orders after that cannot be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas Eve.

ATTENTION! You can always order online and pick up in store, on the product pages you can see if the product is in stock in one of the stores. If you have problems choosing to collect in store, you are welcome to give us a call and we will find a solution. Pick Up orders can be ordered up to and including the 23rd

EXCHANGE RULES FOR ONLINE ORDERS:

Since Christmas is a stressful time for most people, we have chosen to extend our exchange rules so you have a little more time to run. All orders from 15 November 2022 can be exchanged until 10th of january 2024. Orders after 21 December 2023 can be returned according to our standard rules which are 30 days.

INFO ON REFUNDS

Regardless of whether you have shopped in store or online, refunds in connection with returns will always be refunded to the card that was used in the purchase situation, and the money will therefore land on the account belonging to the card. If payment has been made in cash, the refund will be made in cash.
