Return Guide
At Packyard.dk we have made it easy to return your goods quickly and cheaply. You have 3 options for returning your goods. Protect the environment and save freight by handing in your return goods to our stores. Use our returns portal to generate a shipping label, or send the goods using your own shipping label.
Submit your return in the store:
- Bring the return product and order number
- The store's address is Elmegade 22, 2200 Copenhagen N or Esromgade 15, 2200 Copenhagen N in Denmark.
Send your return via the return portal:
- Pack goods in the box together with the printed return form
- Put a return label on the outside of the box
- Hand in the return package in the UPS access point
Send your return via your own shipping label*:
- Pack goods in the box together with a note indicating your order number.
- Put a return label on the outside of the box
- Send the package to the following address**:

*The cheapest shipping method will typically be using your local post office. Make sure the shipment is customs cleared and insured in case it will get lost on its way to Denmark.
**Please note that we do not receive packages sent by COD or shipments to be picked up at the post office.

You have 30 days to return your order starting from the day you received it. Obviously, the items must be unused and in its original packaging, so the items have not been impaired.
If the return goods are used, we have to reject your wish to return them. You can therefore only try the products on, but not take them into use. Just as if you had bought the products in a physical store.
Remember always to pack the product securely in a box when you send it back, so the product and the original shoebox will not be damaged during transport. You can by advantage use the cardboard box you originally received the goods in.
