ORDER TO DENMARK

At Packyard you get FREE DELIVERY on all orders. Of course, you also always have the option of picking up the order at the store on Elmegade in Copenhagen.

If you choose collect in store, you will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

DELIVERY TIME

All orders are shipped with GLS. In the check out flow, it is possible to choose an optional parcel shop, or to have it delivered directly to the door. The delivery time is expected to be between 1-3 days.

The seller sends the order from Denmark no later than 1–2 working days after the order date has been sent, except for goods where it is indicated that it is a made-to-order item with a longer delivery time.

OTHER THINGS
When the customer receives the order, the customer is obliged to check that the product/number of delivered products corresponds to the customer's order and that the product(s) and its/their packaging have not been damaged or changed in any way. The seller reserves the right to delivery time in the event of force majeure.

The seller shall therefore not be liable in the event of circumstances which appear in the following non-exhaustive list and which prevent or delay the seller's compliance with the agreement:

Disruptions in operations as a result of legislation.

Actions taken by state or public authorities.
Acts of war Terrorism
Strikes
Physical blockades
Lockouts
Fire and natural disasters

In these cases, both parties are entitled to postpone their contractual obligation until the problem has ceased, or alternatively, the parties are entitled to cancel the agreement in whole or in part without the parties incurring any liability for this in the event that the problems result in the fulfillment of the contractual obligations is delayed by more than six (6) months. If the seller's delivery is delayed by more than 14 days, the customer is entitled to cancel the order and any amounts already paid by the customer must be refunded by the seller to the customer as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the seller's receipt of the customer's cancellation of the order .
