The customer has 14-days right of withdrawal, from the day where the customer, or the customer of a third party other than the carrier, receives the product(s). The customer is liable for any deterioration of the product(s) value, as a result from handling the product(s) in other ways than it’s necessary to determine the products nature, specifications and the way it operates. This is also the case, if the product(s) have been used, worn, changed or washed, or if the original tags/labels have been removed, or removed and then reattached. The original packaging is considered as a part of the product(s) if the customer has to exercise its right of withdrawal.
To cancel the purchase, the customer must make an explicit declaration to the seller. The customer can contact the seller on the email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
In the event of withdrawal, the customer is required to send or deliver the supplied product(s) to the seller without undue delay and within 14 days from the date on which the customer has informed the seller of his decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The seller is obliged to refund the full price for the product(s) the customer returned, provided that the product(s) value has not been impaired, as a result of handling the product(s) in other ways than it’s necessary to determine the products nature, specifications and the way it operates. The seller reserves the right to offset such loss of value, set by the seller’s discretion, by the refund of the purchase price.
The customer bears the cost of returning the product(s), and the seller is not required to refund the cost. The seller’s refund is done using the same payment method that was used during the purchase of the product. The seller is not entitled to interest on the refund of the amount. Refunds must be made as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the customer have informed the seller that the customer wants to use his right of withdrawal. The seller is however entitled to withhold the refund, until the seller has received the product(s) from the customer, or until the customer has presented documentation/evidence that the product(s) have returned, whichever is the earliest.
The seller sends an e-mail to the customer once the refund is completed.
